Sponsorship at NAESE is about showing up in ways that feel useful, thoughtful, and connected to the community. We want sponsors that are active participants in the musical communities they serve, and that share our values of creativity, education, craft, and long-term community building.
More than just a banner ad.
Brands that value creativity, education, craft, and long-term community building tend to be the best fit for NAESE: companies working in music technology, software, hardware, tools, education, publishing, and adjacent creative fields. If your brand wants to support electronic sound thoughtfully, you'll fit right in.
We work with sponsors to align support with real goals, whether that's visibility, education, community support, or helping make specific parts of the event possible. Customization is welcome. Customization works best when it enhances the attendee experience rather than interrupting it.
Specific deliverables vary by sponsorship format and level. The two lanes below give you the general shape; the conversation is where we tailor it.
For companies that just want to be in & recognized at a level that fits their commitment, without negotiating bespoke perks. Pricing is in development; ranges below indicate the general shape.

Six to ten "ownable things" — specific moments, spaces, or experiences that a single sponsor gets to be associated with. Tangible, distinctive, and not interchangeable.
Feature Sponsorship may include:
Best for big brands that want goodwill plus a mic mention. Thursday evening, sets the tone for the whole event.
Very visible, very tangible, because everyone wears one for three days. Tasteful "provided by" treatment.
First 500 attendees get a bag of swag. Option to join the brands on the bag itself, plus the opportunity to include a flyer or small item in the bag. A great way to get something physical into attendees' hands.
A branded decompression lounge area with comfy seating, phone charging, and mellow vibes for when things are a little too much for attendees. Perfect for beverage brands, lifestyle brands, or anyone who wants to be associated with good times and recharging.
Gear, musical traffic-cop-ing, or just a branded sponsorship of the free-play space. For hardware brands or anyone who wants to be associated with hands-on creativity and fun.
A small designated area with a backdrop wall and quiet-ish interview space. Great for software brands or media-friendly companies that like content.
"Workshops presented by ___" signage at the room entrance. Clean association with the most hands-on programming on the schedule.
For brands with cultural cachet who want to be associated with the late-night programming without managing a booth, consider sponsoring the official party. Open to the public. One giant concert venue. Chillout lounges. Your name on all materials, plus a mic mention during the event.

The NAESE Awards recognize meaningful contributions across five categories. Each category is available as a feature sponsorship; sponsors fund trophy production and ceremony presentation, with sponsor influence on selection structurally prevented.
For the full category list, selection process, and how to nominate someone, head to the dedicated Awards page. Sponsorship inquiries for specific award categories come back through the sponsor channel below.
Sponsorship inquiries begin through the NAESE website or by contacting us directly. Interested sponsors will receive materials and discuss fit and availability before any commitments are made — we're not in a rush, and we'd rather get the alignment right than the deal closed.
